During her school break, nine-year-old Elizabeth goes to stay with her family in the Venezuelan rainforest. Now that she has made new friends in the city, life in the jungle no longer appeals to her. She even less wants to look after her little brother Leo. When her mom and dad urgently go to the city to see a doctor, Elizabeth, absorbed in reading a book, does not notice that Leo disappears into the mysterious jungle. This is just the beginning of an extraordinary adventure. Elizabeth must overcome her fear and find Leo before her parents return, to discover not only his courage, sensitivity and close bond with his little brother, but also a special secret hidden in the jungle.
